Love the ice chips and water inside the door, both fruit-infused pitcher and water bottle filler. I like the drop-down shelf to allow tall items. I also love the white, bright interior, and accessibility of items inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, aesthetically, the refrigerator is very pleasing to the eye. Sophisticated, sleek, elegant presentation. But, with that comes a huge inconvenience when wanting ice and water. First off, you have to get them out of two separate locations. You have to open a door to even get to the water. With the amount of times that door will be operated for this purpose (5-10 times a day), I worry about wear and tear on the mechanisms involved. Ie, latches, hinges, the door itself. You have to bend over, to the bottom drawer to get ice, with a little scoop, that ergonomically, is not very effective, due to the angle it must be held, in such a tight space. Is the thing techie-cool? Yes. Is it pleasing to the eye? Yes Is it practical? Not in the slightest. I assumed that you could dispense ice out of the same location that the water is located. Had I known the reality of this, I would not have purchased this product. The infotainment center, as I’ll call it, is super cool. Basically, a giant Galaxy Tab. So, kudos on that. But, all-in-all this thing is a pain in the butt and I can’t wait for things to start malfunctioning on it. This is one of my regretful, impulsive purchases.

The screen unlocks all kinds of useful daily assistance things like screen mirroring my TV while cooking in the kitchen, or teaching tracking food in and out to inform me what's in the fridge and for how long. I have been satisfied with all the smart features and it keeps temperature super well. One thing I I didn't realize I wanted was middle flex draw which allows to set it for different things like deli or dairy. I am very pleased overall and the only reason I would change is either get a full sized version instead of counter depth, or possibly change to the 4 door flex version because I like the aesthetic and opening options a little more.

I feel as though I walked in the 21st-century love the glass like the fact that I don’t have the food with stainless steel and keeping it clean and worrying about fingerprints

I really like being able to open the one door for water without having to open the entire fridge. The refrigerator drawer makes it easy to find things and is rather large.

My family loves the flex drawer and the fact that snacks beverages and fruits are easily accessible and out of hands reach . The family hub Has been the biggest hit so far everyone enjoys the The whiteboard And the media. I love the meal planner and calendar features of the family hub
