The AI Vision Inside is super helpful, it actually lets us see what's inside without opening the doors (great when I'm at the store and forget what we need). It's definitely helped us cut down on food waste, which is something we used to struggle with a lot more before. The Family Hub display have become part of our daily routine, we use it for recipes, quick notes, and even to play music while cooking. It makes the kitchen feel more fun and interactive. Overall very happy with the fridge so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge Review This New Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator with Family Hub is an absolute MONSTER! Enormous isn’t the right word, but it’s all in mostly positive ways! The amount of space provided in the fridge and freezer is fully maximized by removing the ice section from the main refrigerator. The beverage center is completely built into one of the door panels which allows for easy access to the door shelves, but also protects the water dispenser by placing it behind the door. This fridge also has a built in pitcher right next to the door that will fill up on its own. It is only large enough to fill a few glasses, but the smaller than a gallon size men’s my son can grab it on his own without any need for assistance or concerns for how he’ll handle it. The family hub though is the real star of this model! It’s fully replaced other kitchen devices, Alexa’s, and iPads in my kitchen. It keeps track of the fridges contents, with pictures. It has space for notes to be left from my son, which he loves! It has a section that will compile recipes based on what ingredients I have in the fridge already, and that’s all before you consider access to YouTube, sports scores, weather, my daily calendar, and so many other apps. Some younger family members recently came over and discovered a rubix cube game. Overall I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a significant space upgrade in terms of size, with all the tech perks. My knees also love that the freezer is on the bottom, but both levels can be viewed from above! Who knew the coolest thing I’d own would be my refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Family Hub for a few days now, and overall, it's been a great addition to our kitchen. The star of the show is definitely the AI Family Hub — the huge 32" touchscreen is a hit with everyone, especially the kids. They love the whiteboard feature, and we’ve been using it for quick notes, reminders, and even the occasional doodle. Watching recipe videos or streaming while prepping meals makes cooking more fun and interactive. The beverage center is another standout. The built-in pitcher is perfect for quickly filling water bottles before heading out to soccer or baseball practice. We also love the dual ice maker — it gives you both cubed ice and smaller "Ice Bites," which is a nice touch. And thankfully, the ice maker is no longer in the main fridge compartment (a flaw in older Samsung models), so there’s tons more usable fridge space now. Speaking of space — this fridge has plenty of room, and the SmartThings integration ties everything together seamlessly with our other Samsung appliances. It really feels like a smart home when the fridge can talk to the oven or alert us when a door is left open. Now, for the not-so-great parts. The shelf configuration is a little odd — for example, we can't stand up a 2-liter bottle anywhere inside. The AI Vision camera is a cool idea, but it’s hit-or-miss right now. We haven’t had enough time with it to fully judge, but first impressions weren’t impressive. We had some hiccups with the ice maker at first — it didn’t produce enough ice for the first couple of days. After some frustrating back-and-forth with Samsung support (not their strongest area), we finally got it working by resetting it. It still never fills up completely, but manually shifting the ice from the back of the tray forward helps. Despite the few flaws, this fridge feels like a glimpse into the future of kitchen appliances. Overall, this an absolutely FANTASTIC product and I 100% recommend it!

Takes a little time and tech savvy to get all your different media accounts added. There are plenty of video how to’s and features included for you to research. This will be the center of attention in your kitchen and everyone that comes over just loves it. I really love that the Ring App pops up on it to see who’s at the front door. Spacious interior and beautiful exterior. Not much more you could want in a refrigerator.

Can't forget about the beverage center,and especially the ice feature,that makes cubed and bite size ice in separate sides.So far we are loving this,and I highly recommend this refrigerator...

I can watch TV, listen to music, leave notes for my family, and even receive Ring notifications and check social media—all from my fridge! Dual ice makers are a fantastic addition, offering both cubed ice and Ice Bites. This feature meets our household’s needs perfectly, ensuring we have enough ice for beverages and entertaining guests without running out. The FlexZone™ Drawer is highly versatile, providing flexibility in storage. It allows us to switch between different temperature settings, which is perfect for accommodating a variety of items, from deli meats to cheese and bread, depending on our needs. LCD screen is very responsive and clear, making it easy to navigate through the menu options whether we’re watching TV, leaving notes. I love all the amazing features like tapping the door and it opening on its own and the two type of ice it produces! It has been super easy to clean and looks phenomenal in my kitchen. I like that it has echo built in so alexa can help with any questions or needs. Another super cool feature is you can order instacart directly from the fridge for new groceries!! I have yet to find anything I didn't like about my new fridge.

This fridge is one of those things and you definitely deserve it! The fridge design is sleek and modern, it elevates any kitchen in which it resides. I got the charcoal color and its presence dominates the kitchen and demands attention. The screen is absolutely massive for a fridge, with images that are crisp and clear! The touchscreen is super responsive, making navigating around the various apps and screens a breeze! When paired with the Smart Things app, it gives you near complete control of the fridge and any other Smart Things enabled appliance in your house. I can start my laundry and even the oven from this fridge since I have Smart Things enabled Samsung appliances paired with the app. The connectivity between the appliances and app make your home truly feel like a smart house. After installation, the fridge was able to get cool quickly thanks to the Power Cool and Power Freeze functions. Sadly there is no express ice or anything like that, so it takes several days for that ice tray to get full. And speaking of ice, this fridge makes two different sizes of ice cubes. Did I know I needed two sizes of ice? NO! Am I glad that I now have two different options when choosing ice? YES! And I don't think I will be able to go back! You do have to reach down and scoop it out with a cute little scoop provided, but you get used to it quickly enough. There is an abundant amount of space in this fridge, thanks to the 29 cu. ft. of interior space. The top part of the fridge features French door style doors that open up to a deep and wide interior. The right side shelves are very spacious in size, the bottom of the three can accommodate gallon size jugs. The top two are just as wide, but not tall enough to hold a gallon jug. The left side features only two shelves that could be used to hold more sauces and such, but also holds a secret! The left side door has a hidden beverage center! You can open the left door partially, without having to open the whole door, to reveal the water dispenser and a SELF-FILLING water pitcher! You can also access the door shelves from here as well, so we leave these free for drinks for a true beverage center. This modern and luxurious fridge is basically my dream fridge and I couldn't be happier with it. I look forward to many years of functionality, technology, and impressing everyone!

Not only do we have plenty of room, but the technology on this fridge is over the top. Once connected to wifi and the Samsung SmartThings App, the huge display is a source of entertainment. From Samsung TV, to music, to Amazon Alexa, to Ring cameras and more, there's no end to what you can display. I can find recipes, and make a grocery list all in one step. The kids like to doodle and make notes on the whiteboard too! The Flex Drawer can be customized and temperature cooled appropriately based on its contents. The Dual Ice Maker is located in the freezer, and we have had good luck keeping the buckets full. And I absolutely love the Beverage Center! Located in the left main door, you can get water from the internal dispenser or from the AutoFill Water Pitcher. The storage is abundant, and we have no problem with space for our active family of 4! I highly recommend this product and look forward to many years of enjoyment!
