The customizable panels are the star of the show — they really do change the vibe of the kitchen. It’s the first fridge I’ve owned where guests actually comment on how it looks.

It has tons of space, the fridge holds a ton of items. The push in shelf makes it easy to see what we have. It is easy to program the ice functions we like. It sells us when a new filter is needed which is very efficient. It has a seamless interface, and connecting it to my smart drive was easy.

The middle drawer with the temp control is so nice! And we have switched from buying bottled water to only using the water pitcher in the fridge now! I recommend this fridge to all my friends and have encouraged 2 of them to actually buy it and they love it just as much!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge but the AI photo part doesn't work as well as we had hoped and you can't see into the flex drawer or freezer which is kind of a bummer so we just don't use it at all. Love the two types of ice and the water features. Wish you could add different apps but very limited there. Works great otherwise.

I love the space in the inside the Interface that you can use to get on the web look up your emails whatever it is beautiful Efficiency of it Which maintain a proper cooling of your free refrigerator and the visibility of looking and seen what you need without actually opening up your refrigerator. Connectivity with your phone and your ring bell is fantastic. And it has a large capacity for your freezer as well as the refrigerator.What a beautiful equipment to have in your kitchen.

We purchased this product in Summer 2024 as part of a complete Samsung appliances upgrade for our new home. We trusted the brand and spent a lot of money. 15 months later, 3 months out of warranty and we noticed a crack on the bottom of the fridge compartment. We had not caused it, we had not dropped anything, the fridge was sat on a level floor, we could not recreate the damage if we tried. We had Samsung repairs come out and told us that the fridge was not repairable at all. We have pleaded with Samsung to make an exception but nothing. We will never buy from them again. Make sure you read the real reviews, not the incentivized ones.

The display says ice maker full/off when it's not full and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to manually switch the icon to on/make ice. But it's nice cause there is two different sizes made. The ice tray lid could have been made to open/close easier. Display is nice. Food monitoring for expiration is good. I like the crisper in the middle. Nyice fridge.
