We use it as both options depending on needs. Easy to find things in fridge. Stuff fits. Love the ability to turn the ice on or off with app and alerts if the fridge door isn’t closed on app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the capacity is less than my old refrigerator, I'm loving the fact that things don't get lost in the back of the shelves. The adjustable shelf finally gives me a place for taller items. The Alexa connection lets me use it as a timer or to listen to my audiobooks while I cook. I haven't used the Alexa feature for shopping yet but I can see doing that sometime in the future. I can leave notes for the family on the fridge without a mess of paper notes all over the fridge. I like the ability to keep tabs on what's in the fridge so that I know what needs to be tossed or replaced. Bixby sometimes answers me when I'm talking to myself, but that's just funny. I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge but the AI photo part doesn't work as well as we had hoped and you can't see into the flex drawer or freezer which is kind of a bummer so we just don't use it at all. Love the two types of ice and the water features. Wish you could add different apps but very limited there. Works great otherwise.

The large screen opens lots of options so no need for a family planner or communication board. Two types of ice a very nice have. The only issue I've had so far is, after replacing the water filter, a severe leak occurred. After removing and replacing again it appears to have solved the issue. Given the price, would have preferred a more simple process of replacing the filter. Bottom line, great features such as ice options, extreme tech features and wifi connectivity were the ultimate selling point for me. Long term expectations remain skeptical. But that's what we get when we want so much technology added to cold storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the refrigerator today. It's very sleek and the Samsung hub was easy to setup. Already integrated a bunch of devices and I'm looking forward to using the AI Vision. It has a TON of space and the shelves were easy to remove and clean.

I read a lot of bad reviews but decided to just give it a try because everyone has their own version of what they expect out of their new appliances. The ice maker does take time when it's first hooked up in your house. But that is normal I think. I really love this fridge and my kids do too. I would highly recommend getting this one if you're looking for a new one!

The left door scrapes upon opening/closing against the closed right door. But overall, it's a good fridge that makes decent ice cubes and keeps food really cool.

We saw it at the store again and I sold my fridge and to be honest, this one is smaller in size but has more room inside. I love the water features on the inside that keeps the outside looking clean. The ability to watch a cooking show in my kitchen, on the fridge, is amazing! We love having the ability to view so many apps in the area we spend most of our time. I cook everyday now! The middle drawer that can be fridge or freezer makes it more efficient to plan meals for the week. Also being able to view the meal planner on the fridge helps. And of course the best part is being at the grocery store and ordering if you have something and having the ability to see what's inside. It also sees what you put in and what you take out. At first I thought it was a little creepy but now I don't know how to live without it. There is so much more…

We purchased this product in Summer 2024 as part of a complete Samsung appliances upgrade for our new home. We trusted the brand and spent a lot of money. 15 months later, 3 months out of warranty and we noticed a crack on the bottom of the fridge compartment. We had not caused it, we had not dropped anything, the fridge was sat on a level floor, we could not recreate the damage if we tried. We had Samsung repairs come out and told us that the fridge was not repairable at all. We have pleaded with Samsung to make an exception but nothing. We will never buy from them again. Make sure you read the real reviews, not the incentivized ones.

It’s so spacious and organized. It’s very efficient and effective. It’s so pretty visually and a classy enhancement. Large freezer and cooling drawer that’s also useful that keeps food items that can stay room temperature fresh.
