Beautiful and functional design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our side by side refrigerator with this model and love the look, design and features. I took me a while to get comfortable with the user interface although as a Mac user it's growing on me. Also love the integration of the AI Family Hub with general home automation. We were so impressed with Samsung we just ordered the Bespoke gas range/oven!

great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fridge is probably the best I have owned thus far, the capacity is brilliant, the versatile slide out drawer is handy the ice maker and scoop are convenient and the beverage center, The always filled up water pitcher nice tough and of course the touch screen and cam view. WIFI connects easy and uses very little power when idle.

Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this back in November of 2025 and since we've had it we haven't had any problems (knock on wood). I read a lot of bad reviews but decided to just give it a try because everyone has their own version of what they expect out of their new appliances. The ice maker does take time when it's first hooked up in your house. But that is normal I think. I really love this fridge and my kids do too. I would highly recommend getting this one if you're looking for a new one!

“A True Next-Gen Kitchen Upgrade — Sleek Black Ste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned quite a few high-end appliances over the years, but this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator genuinely feels like a next-generation upgrade, not just a cosmetic refresh. I went with the black steel finish, and it completely transformed the look of my kitchen—clean, modern, and premium without being flashy. Capacity & Layout (10/10) At 23 cu. ft. counter-depth, this fridge hits a sweet spot—plenty of space without sticking out awkwardly. The 4-door design is extremely practical: Flexible storage zones make it easy to separate meats, produce, drinks, etc. Deep door bins and adjustable shelving give you real usable space The layout is intuitive—you're not digging around to find things It's ideal for a family or anyone who likes to keep a well-stocked fridge. Even after loading it up, it still feels organized. Connectivity & Smart Features (Game-Changer) The AI Family Hub™+ is where this fridge really separates itself: Massive 32-inch touchscreen built into the door Full smart home integration via Wi-Fi and SmartThings Stream music, mirror your phone, leave notes, manage calendars But the standout feature is AI Vision Inside™: Tracks what goes in and out of your fridge automatically Helps with grocery lists and meal planning You can literally check your fridge from your phone This isn't gimmicky—it's actually useful day-to-day. Efficiency & Performance This unit is ENERGY STAR certified, which already puts it ahead in efficiency . But the AI layer takes it further: Adjusts cooling based on usage patterns Helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption Maintains very stable temperatures (better food preservation) In real-world use, it runs quietly and efficiently—no complaints at all. Interface & User Experience The interface feels like using a high-end tablet: Smooth, responsive touchscreen Clean UI with apps, widgets, and smart home controls Voice and touch integration works seamlessly It's not just a screen—it becomes the control center of your kitchen. Visibility & Interior Design This is one of the most underrated strengths: Bright, evenly distributed LED lighting Clear visibility across all compartments AI camera lets you see inside remotely No more guessing what's in the back or forgetting items. Final Verdict This refrigerator isn't just about keeping food cold—it's about integrating your kitchen into your digital life. What stood out most: ✔ Perfect balance of capacity + counter-depth design ✔ AI features that are actually useful ✔ Stunning black steel finish ✔ Best-in-class smart interface

Samsung AI Hub Refrigerator — A Solid Upgrade with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Samsung AI Hub Refrigerator — A Solid Upgrade with Room for Improvement Rating: 4 out of 5 stars Overview This is my second Samsung AI-powered refrigerator. I previously owned the Family Hub generation and recently upgraded to the newer model featuring the larger AI Hub screen. Overall, it's a very good refrigerator — Samsung clearly continues to push the boundaries of what a smart fridge can do. That said, after spending time with it, there are some clear strengths and a few areas where Samsung still has work to do. ✅ What I Love (Pros) Impressive Storage Capacity The interior space is generous and well-organized, making it easy to store everything from weekly grocery hauls to large platters for entertaining. Samsung has done a great job maximizing usable space. Excellent Cooling Performance The cooling is consistent and reliable across all compartments. Food stays fresh noticeably longer, and temperature recovery after opening the doors is quick. Beverage Center & Dual Ice Maker This is honestly one of my favorite features. The built-in beverage center is incredibly convenient for quick access to filtered water and drinks without opening the main door. Having two types of ice makers — cubed and Ice Bites™ — is a surprisingly useful luxury that I didn't know I needed until I had it. Sleek Exterior Design The refrigerator looks premium and modern in the kitchen. The flat-panel finish and minimal hardware give it a clean, built-in aesthetic that elevates the space. Large AI-Powered Touchscreen The upgraded AI Hub screen is significantly larger than the previous Family Hub display and feels more responsive. It serves as a great kitchen command center for managing calendars, viewing recipes, and streaming content while cooking. ⚠️ Where It Falls Short (Cons) Auto-Opening Door Is Underwhelming The hands-free auto-open door feature sounds great in theory, but in practice, it opens far too slowly and doesn't swing open fully. This makes it more of a novelty than a genuinely useful feature — you still end up pulling the door the rest of the way manually, which defeats the purpose. Bixby Is Not a Production-Grade AI Assistant For a refrigerator marketed around AI, the built-in Bixby voice assistant is disappointing. It struggles with basic commands, has limited contextual understanding, and simply doesn't compare to what we've come to expect from modern AI assistants like Alexa or Google Assistant. This is the area with the most room for improvement. Limited App Ecosystem for the Large Screen The AI Hub screen is big and beautiful, but Samsung hasn't fully capitalized on it yet. There's a noticeable lack of useful apps optimized for the vertical display format. The screen has so much potential, but the software library doesn't match the hardware's ambition. Internal Baskets and Trays Feel Flimsy Given the premium price point, I expected sturdier internal components. The baskets and trays feel lightweight and somewhat fragile — they flex more than I'd like when loaded with heavier items. Samsung should invest in more durable materials for these high-touch components. Final Verdict The Samsung AI Hub Refrigerator is a genuinely impressive appliance and a meaningful upgrade over the Family Hub generation. The core refrigerator fundamentals — capacity, cooling, and design — are excellent, and features like the beverage center and dual ice maker add real everyday value. However, the smart features still feel like they're catching up to the hardware. The auto-open door needs to be faster and more functional, Bixby needs a serious AI overhaul, and the app ecosystem needs to grow to justify that beautiful large screen. If Samsung can refine the software experience to match the quality of the hardware, this would easily be a five-star product. Would I recommend it? Yes — it's one of the best smart refrigerators on the market today. Just go in with realistic expectations about the AI features, and you'll be very happy with what is, at its core, an outstanding refrigerator.
