Love the auto fill water dispenser. 23cu ft is slightly small for our family but we are able to manage right now. Flex space advertising is slightly misleading, it cannot be completely used as a freezer. Still need to explore lot of the AI features, but connectivity to other smart devices platform needs to be improved or added. The giant touch screen is very responsive and kids love it and keep the guests entertained.

Overall, it has great features. The large screen opens lots of options so no need for a family planner or communication board. Two types of ice a very nice have. The only issue I’ve had so far is, after replacing the water filter, a severe leak occurred. After removing and replacing again it appears to have solved the issue. Given the price, would have preferred a more simple process of replacing the filter. Bottom line, great features such as ice options, extreme tech features and wifi connectivity were the ultimate selling point for me. Long term expectations remain skeptical. But that’s what we get when we want so much technology added...

The refrigerator is relatively deep allowing to store multiple days worth of food and leftovers without spoiling. A bonus is the Bluetooth connectivity that connects to the smart to the SmartThings app allowing you to see efficiency and power and when it is time to replace the filters. The refrigerator so visually pleasing and matches the decor of our house.

The freezer with ice tray installed is a bit of a pain at times but nothing enough for a drop in stars. Setting power consumption and being able to review has dropped our electric bill by at least $50. We have guests for the summer and they love the ability to bring up our security cameras on the screen to know when their ride has arrived or to watch news as they prepare their lunches.

It is not. I purchased the "extended" 5-year plan, but my warranty indicates it starts the date of purchase. I call Care+ and get a "sorry, but the terms and conditions are date of purchase. They are not combined". The terms weren't provided until I purchased the "extended" warranty! I did not expect such shady practices by Samsung. Beware! As for the fridge, I love the look, if not slightly more gray than expected. One particular flaw, however, is there is no camera to detect items added to the freezer or flex drawer despite advertising the capability. I also wish you could resize the ...
