This is such a gorgeous tree and I am so disappointed that after two weeks my tree is having the issue it looks like several folks are having with the light settings not working. I’ve had this for two weeks. It keeps rotating through all of the light settings and won’t stay on the selected light option.

I spent a lot of time shopping for a slim, "realistic" christmas tree. This is far and beyond the best deal out there for a tree with moulded tips. The usual rate is $350-$650. Full price for a high-end 7' tree is $800! I couldn't justify it for something where the lights might crap out in 3 years if I'm unlucky. I am so pleased with this tree. It's gorgeous, very well thought out, sturdy, easy to assemble with minimal fluffing and way, way above my expectations for what I was able to budget for a tree. You know I'm happy with my purchase, so here's the dirty so you know I'm real and discerning: Where did they save money in the design to hit that sweet price point? : (1) The tree starts a bit farther off the ground like one intended for a pile of presents rather than one meant to be a decorator's dream. It doesn't look bad, but they did save money on a row of non-essential branches for a family tree. (2) The number of lights is a bit low. A decorator special would have 50%-100% more lights 700-1000 (and cost a lot more) I'm happy because I had already planned on adding "Vickerman Three Size Cherry Light Set" . (3) If I'm being picky the green color of the plastic moulding is a little bit too bright. (4) The final mark against it is that it looks a little bit thin when its set up bare. I don't know who would buy this tree and NOT plan to decorate it, but there you go. It needs ornaments to look happy and the variety of long and short branches are ideal for putting on a pleasing variety of long and short ornaments. I bought a whole bunch of glass icicles specifically because of how lovely the long branches are. I could afford to get my dream topper and glass icicles and very pretty lights because of this steal of a deal. 10/10 would buy again.

My lights keep doing whatever they want despite the option I pick on the tree.. tree FIXED!!! For anyone having this problem I called the distributor and the tree is automatically on demo mode. You have to reset the tree to keep the lights from changing and doing whatever they want. It works amazing now!! That I took it off demo mode after being instructed how

Wow! This is a Awesome tree! This is the first tree I've ever purchased not in person. It arrived super fast.. It's just Beautiful! Love the slim tree cause it doesn't take up all the walking room but has tons of tips.Took me all of 5 minutes to put up and plug in now it's ready for our family ornaments.. Yes that fast! but not yet 😀 as it's mid October.. So Perfect! The color lights are really pretty, while the warm white are more traditional.. The twinkle effect on the remote is our favorite as we tried them all. Foot remote is a great plus too! Can't believe how low the price is for this Wonderful tree! 🎄

One of the best features of this tree is the timer feature on the remote, press timer button once, the lights flash twice to let you know timer has been activated. The tree stays on for 6 hours and turns off for 18 hours until the timer function is turned off. To turn off the timer function press timer button again, the tree flashes 4 times and that lets you know the timer is off .I love the quality of the tips, it looks very good for an artificial tree. Set up is a breeze, hardly any fluffing necessary. Great tree!

I will be returning mine. I got it all set up and then the twinkle clear lights don’t work properly—they alternate between white twinkle, solid white, and solid color…about 1 minute each for a 3 minute cycle. NOT suppose to be that way, faulty wired lights

Tree branches look very fake, plasticy. Very easy to set up. Multi function lights are ok, not enough of them though. Future interation needs plug/plugs for more lights etc. Since not standard lights, no way to plug in tree top angel with lights to the set. It's no wonder store didn't have displays set up. Would have passed

I’m so happy with my purchase. My favorite thing about this tree is how easy and effortlessly it is to put together and the beautiful twinkling lights. I saw this tree in store and the whole tree is very well made. Set up took 5 minutes from ripping the box open to plugging it in & no fluffing required. Lights have multiple settings and come in warm white and multicolored. There are no wires in the middle the 3 pieces have a built-in connection. Comes with a remote, a foot switch and a storage bag.

If I could give this tree zero stars I would. I loved it at first but after only one season of use the transmitter for the lights has gone out. We can't get it to stay on one setting and it just cycles through them all. When you bypass the transmitter the default setting is twinkle. If you're going to have a default setting at least make it a steady white light this is so annoying. DO NOT BUY!!

I bought this one to replace my I old one that was big around. It is about 15 years old, still works beautifully but very hard for me to handle. This was easy to put up and the size is great, fits perfectly in my den with limited area. I love the the clear twinkle and multi color twinkle. The only bummer is it is $87 and I bought it for $129, I should have waited 2 weeks🤬
