This onion powder is truly as soft as dust. So you have to be careful pouring/shaking it out. A lot comes out at once.

Very difficult to sprinkle on anything. It just gobs out, like talcum. Nowhere near the correct consistency.

I prefer the granules as the powder floats on the air landing everywhere. It doesn’t add the onion flavor we like.
