I have used these for 2 months after prostate cancer radiation treatments. They are superior in keeping me dry. There are times I leak a lot. Do not have to worry with this product. I prefer Member's Mark Total Protection to the other brands.

Size is way OFF

Absorbancy is adequate. Size is Way OFF. I wear a 38 and these are tight on me. No way will they comfortably fit people who are much larger much less those with a 42+ waist size.

Go back to old sizing

I bought these because they were labeled the same has the other blue box that we used to buy. They do not fit the same. The large/extra large now cuts into my dad’s skin with the previous ones, this did not happen.
