He told us they were comfortable to wear and discreet and held his leaks comfortably without feeling like he's wearing a pampers and also told us that he didn't smell the urine as much compared to other brands he's used.

He doesn't wear tight fitting pants, so you can't tell he is wearing these underwear. He did find them to be a little itchy as he has very sensitive skin.
