The added support on the belly is a plus. This helps keep the underwear in place. Very easy to dispose of as well. Overall, they are great to have on hand when sick or for an elderly parent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all I believe the new Members mark total protection underwear are better but the front pouch seems to be larger or puffier. I am sure that is why the protection is much better. The pouch is a bit more noticeable and some wouldn't care but worth mentioning. The protection is much better, no leakage. The back of the garment seems to be about the same and the fit is fine. I have had good luck with these total protection underwear before the improvement so I am happy with the improvement for sure.

We have tried an array of adult underwear recently and weren’t impressed with any of them, until now! This brand of underwear truly keeps him dry! He has been using these protective underwear for the past few days and they are amazing! Since using these protective underwear, we have had no issues with leaking, they are super absorbent! These underwear are very breathable and he has not had any issues with sensitivity. We were impressed with how soft the actual feel of the underwear are! I love that you can’t tell he is wearing these underwear and he states they are very comfortable. They also fit true to size. We haven't tried these yet but we got a chance to try and my husband was very very happy with the way they fit him very comfortable soft form fitting no bunching up and fit underneath his clothes very well he was very happy with the way they felt he has decided that these are the ones were gonna start getting for him from now on.

I want to wear khaki and if you dribble it shows through. Thus the diapers. They are ok. I just started wearing them so it might take some time to get used to that.
