I should be ashamed but I’m not! There is no odor for leakage. I don’t do it for long periods just for those oops moments since I do have bladder issues to begin with.

He doesn’t complain about the fit so we take it as something that’s comfortable for him to wear. It’s true to size and feels durable enough for single use. No more accidents and keeps him stay clean. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all I believe the new Members mark total protection underwear are better but the front pouch seems to be larger or puffier. I am sure that is why the protection is much better. The pouch is a bit more noticeable and some wouldn't care but worth mentioning. The protection is much better, no leakage. The back of the garment seems to be about the same and the fit is fine. I have had good luck with these total protection underwear before the improvement so I am happy with the improvement for sure.
