[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these underwear for my cousin about three weeks ago and they are working great! He has health issues and needs these type of garmet. By all accounts they are very absorbent and he says that they are comfortable to wear.

Overall the underwear performed well with no leaks and absorbe the liqued long enough to change before it bled through. His only issue was it looked a bit bulky and "people could tell" he was wearing it and it rustled against his pants when he walked. We didn't notice that nearly as much as he did, but the wearer perspective matters.

Great fit and unable to tell he his wearing. He loves the fact that they stay in place and do not ride up. Already purchased more!
