Can wear them in the daytime and evening without the fear of people knowing he is wearing underwear for men. No fear of leakage through to his clothes. He states these are the ones for me. They are very soft and smooth. They stretch a lot more than I expected which is great. They aren't as bulky as some other adult diapers or underwear I have tried. They also don't leave any creases or sore spots on the skin after use.

I used the small/medium size that has a flexible waste and leg opening that were surprisingly comfortable. While these are marketed for men, my wife used one during her heavy PM time on a trip we took recently. Very effective and comfortable when you need them. Hope this info helps
