The new design is a total fail. They fit way smaller and aren't as good as the previous version. I will have to start looking at other brands if they don't go back to their old design. It's too bad because these used to be great.

These are the adult incontinance under wear that Dad prefers over the Depends brand. He says it’s a better fit and holds his overflow well. Best of all, it’s a fantastic price per item!

Been using these for my husband since his stroke 3 years ago. This case I just bought is terrible. They don’t give at all and are smaller. Please go back to whAt they were. They were more comfortable than the depends brand

Underwear themselves are a great buy. This review is in regards to using the reorder selection. I used it thinking I would get same size as previous order, but it automatically sent the small instead of large.

He doesn't wear tight fitting pants, so you can't tell he is wearing these underwear. He did find them to be a little itchy as he has very sensitive skin.
