NOT an improvement

Have used Member’s Mark L/ExtraLarge men’s for past four years. This redesigned version misses the mark. It is too tight, too small, leaves gaps especially on inner thigh area. My husband wants the comfort of the old design back. Member’s Mark should not have “fixed” something that wasn’t broken. Bring back the old design and make happy customers.

Disappointing revamp of this product

We bought this product for my husband monthly for 4 years after his stroke, until they revamped the size range, reducing the S/M, which was up to 40", down to 37". They no longer fit. Tried to go to the L/XL, but they actually fit even tighter than the revamped S/M at the waist/hip and he couldn't wear them either. The L/XL hip/waist configuration is very strange and tight. Very disappointed in the revamp. Was a great product and a perfect fit before the revamp. After a lot of trial and error found another product (Smith's Food Center generic S/M) that is identical to what these were before the revamp and switched.

Terrible Change

I buy these for my father-in-law. Today while visiting with him he told me that he can barely get them pulled up. What happened to the ones you used to have I believe his last order was for 4 boxes. Sorry that you have obviously changed your manufacturer of this product!

No longer fit

I’ve been buying these for about 8 years. Have always got S/M they fit my father perfectly. He has not gained weight but these are now very tight. They leave marks on his stomach and leg and he’s starting to get a rash from the leg band being too tight. I buy 2 of these cases so now I have 150 left that I am hesitant to use.

terrine fit

I’ve used these for seven years and about 6 or 7 months ago they changed their sizes. I always used s/m but have to use l/xl and I’m size 38 waist and are very snug and box says up to size 58. No way will they fit anyone over size 42 without tearing. Besides that they rarely have in stock. Funny they hallways have the name brand for $11.00 more money. Get your act together or I won’t renew.

Awful!!!!

I have been buying the old ones for a family member with incontinence problems for some time. Today, tho, when i came home with 2 boxes of the new ones, he roared "take 'em back . . . they're awful!" When I asked why, he said "they don't fit and they leak all over the place." I guess in my absence he had tried the new ones from a previously purchased box. How could "new and improved" be so much worse?!!! I started reading reviews and see he's hardly alone in his opinion. Sam's, please fix the problem!!!!

No longer fit with changes

These were recently changed. The old ones fit better; the new ones are too small. I still had an old pack of the medium. I put the old medium up to the new l/xl and the old medium is larger than the new l/xl. I wish they hadn't changed them. Now we have to find something different because they make them too small.
