Hidden behind the top-left door is an autofill pitcher alongside a standard water dispenser. It keeps the front of the fridge looking sleek and uncluttered, and having cold, filtered (and optionally flavor infused) water ready to go is fantastic. The bottom-right section can convert from a regular fridge to a freezer with five different temperature settings. We use it mostly as a dedicated drinks and snack zone for the kids—it's incredibly convenient. setting the temperature for the entire fridge and the flexzones is very nice, so it is great for storing various food types for a long time by catering to specific termperature needs for the food type. The Family Hub is actually useful. I thought it would just be a gimmick, but having a shared family calendar, pulling up Spotify while cooking, streaming videos, or displaying family photos on a giant screen is something we use daily.

I really like being able to open the one door for water without having to open the entire fridge. The refrigerator drawer makes it easy to find things and is rather large.

After about 6 weeks, I am very pleased with my refrigerator. Shelving is great. I enjoy the beverage center way more than expected. I like putting fruit in the pitcher. Ice maker is working well so far. The family hub was not very responsive. We purchased another Eero extender that seems to help.

Only issue we have had is the stuff in the top right corner freezes occasionally but for the most part temperature stays consistent. Easy to find stuff inside and had survived 4 rambunctious boys well.

The refrigerator looks absolutely beautiful and gives the kitchen a very modern, high-end feel. The amount of storage is excellent, and the four-door design makes it much easier to organize and access everything. My favorite features are the Beverage Center with the AutoFill pitcher, the dual ice maker, the FlexZone, and the large AI Family Hub screen. The ability to connect the refrigerator to SmartThings and monitor or control certain functions from my phone is also very convenient. The AI Vision feature is an interesting addition and can be helpful for keeping track of groceries, although it does take some time to get used to and isn’t perfect at recognizing every item. The Beverage Center and automatic features are especially convenient for everyday use. I also love the sleek Bespoke design—it feels much more premium than a traditional refrigerator. There are a lot of features to explore, so the refrigerator has a bit of a learning curve. I would also recommend taking the time to set up SmartThings and all the connected features properly to get the full benefit of the refrigerator. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. It combines a beautiful design, excellent storage, smart-home connectivity, and some genuinely useful features. It’s definitely more than just a refrigerator—it has become a very functional part of our kitchen.

In no time the cooling was kicking in allowing me to move items from my old refrigerator into the current refrigerator. Samsung consistently exceeds my expectations. I like the accessibility of the shelves and how I can adjust them if needed. I like being able to be organized having that fourth drawer that can be a refrigerator or freezer type option. The consistency of the products is what keeps me coming back.
