Great product

I love my Bespoke four-door refrigerator! It’s reliable, looks beautiful in my kitchen, and has plenty of space. The four-door design makes it easy to keep everything organized and easy to find. It’s been a great refrigerator, and I’m very happy with it!

I purchased the Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4 Door French Door Refrigerator, Model RF90F29EECRAA , on January 13th, 2026. From the beginning, my experience with this product has been far from what I expected. Even during the initial purchase, the product I received did not match what I ordered. Although I provided clear evidence of the mistake, I never received my full refund for the incorrect item. That was my first sign that things were not going smoothly. Once the correct refrigerator arrived, I hoped everything would finally be fine. For a few months, the unit worked as expected.
