I took me a while to get comfortable with the user interface although as a Mac user it's growing on me. Also love the integration of the AI Family Hub with general home automation. We were so impressed with Samsung we just ordered the Bespoke gas range/oven!

The layout is excellent and gives me plenty of room to organize everything without feeling crowded. The flex zones and separate compartments help keep food fresh, and the dual ice options are a nice bonus. The SmartThings integration has been one of my favorite features. I can monitor and adjust settings from my phone, receive notifications if a door is left open, and keep track of the refrigerator even when I'm away from home. The refrigerator runs quietly, looks modern, and has become a great addition to my kitchen. Overall, it combines style, storage, and smart technology really well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium 4-door refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for 2 weeks. No problems so far. Love the screen. Alexa and Smart Things capability is terrific. Very easy to set up via WiFi connection via Smart Things. Took just over 24 hours to initially get cool and freezer to freeze. I don't see a setting to set the volume of ice produced. I would like to see a little more ice produced.

We were able to connect the AI system easily. It appears to be very efficient and we are enjoying it. It's visibly pleasing to the eye and not overpowering. It's quick to cool and efficient in preserving all of our fresh items.

You can do anything with the Ai support.This is what you call smart home and I don't see any other brands have this technology..i will stick with Samsung for ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fridge is probably the best I have owned thus far, the capacity is brilliant, the versatile slide out drawer is handy the ice maker and scoop are convenient and the beverage center, The always filled up water pitcher nice tough and of course the touch screen and cam view. WIFI connects easy and uses very little power when idle.
