[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to upgrade from the older Samsung Family Hub 3.0 and purchased the Bespoke 29 cu.ft. 4-door refrigerator with AI Family Hub. I also was sure to add the 7 years extended warranty, with my purchase because I was made aware that any appliance created after 2012 has a life of 7-10 years. A true upgrade on the new Bespoke refrigerator is that it has the ice maker down below. I was told by a certified refrigerator repair man that if I was to get another one of these refrigerators, I had to make sure that the ice-maker was not in the upper part of the refrigerator as those tend to need repairs more frequently. There's a self filling water pitcher, which I love because it saves space and I don't have to worry about my kids not refilling the pitcher. The AI vision is also able to track expiration dates as well as what goes into and out of the refrigerator. I have my ring camera connected to the fridge as well, which is a nice touch. The doors are also touchless. It's beautiful and functional. I definitely recommend this refrigerator.

The microphone is sensitive so if you’re watching tv and something trigger the refrigerator I have had times where it will open by itself. You can turn the feature off. Lots of space to put stuff. You can also have the ring app attached to see who is at the door. Cooling features are good and you can track it on the app or on the fridge.

The giant screen keeps my family updated with what's going on each day and the the fridge itself is incredible with tons of room and always keeps things at the right temperature. The water pitcher convenience is the best. Everything is awesome and anyone who wants an all in one fridge, this is the one!

The new generation with the larger family hub screen takes it to the next level. The many doors, compartments, and temperature settings allow for a high level on control. Being able to adjust the settings using the screen makes it quick and efficient to do so. The A.I. camera that tells you want is placed in or removed from the refrigerator helps keep track of items. Being able to change the panels and the overall look of the refrigerator keeps it getting boring and adapting to different futures changes someone may make to their kitchens or celebrate holidays. Along with the option to protect your refrigerator with extended warranties makes it easy to recommend this product.

Appreciate the integration with SmartThings and how it allows us to check on the equipment remotely, make changes, add shopping list, etc...from our phones. The space is more than enough for our family, and it feels cavernous compared to what we had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a Samsung four-door 4 1/2 years ago And the icemaker stopped working luckily We were under warranty so We Were refunded the money promptly And went and got another refrigerator This time we have the pull out beverage drawer Which we absolutely love and a big screen which is better than the last one. we love this product would recommend it.

We previously had a stainless steel finished one and I wasn't sure how the white glass doors would look. I'm glad I trusted my husband. It really looks great in out kitchen. Love the features! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Things I love: the accessibility of the beverage center, the sleek design and space of this fridge. Having a flex drawer is salsa nice so beverages are taking up prime fridge space for food items. The technology is is fairly easy to use and user friendly as well, as well as getting it paired up with the Smart Things app. Still working out the ‘items removed’ from fridge notifications and pictures, unsure if this will be helpful to us in the future to manage shopping. The autofill water pitcher a wonderful perk - we use it daily and the refill is fast. Things to consider: The French doors are glass and do not have handles, so regular wiping down the surface to clear finger prints will be a regular thing. I wish the door storage shelves could be configured and not stationary. There’s items that are too tall that I wish could be stored there. Overall it’s a sleek, intuitive large fridge, and we’re very happy with our purchase so far.
