There’s plenty of space for everything. I like the touchless door feature and the water pitcher is a great touch. I just received it and put it in Power Cool & Power freeze mode. It does take a different filter than its predecessor, the Family Hub. So far so great!
Worth every penny!

The layout is excellent and gives me plenty of room to organize everything without feeling crowded. The flex zones and separate compartments help keep food fresh, and the dual ice options are a nice bonus. The SmartThings integration has been one of my favorite features. I can monitor and adjust settings from my phone, receive notifications if a door is left open, and keep track of the refrigerator even when I’m away from home. We were so impressed with Samsung we just ordered the Bespoke gas range/oven!

We had been searching for a fridge after having a 20 year old refrigerator but ours stopped working well so we decided to go shopping for one. We saw this one and HAD TO GET IT. The 4 doors are really helpful, the top drawer from the bottom is helpful if you have a bad back and need to access something quick.

Ice maker jams periodically,but even with those issues it still functions as supposed to. Temperature is very consistent,needs to have light on option on the water/ice dispenser and temp memory from recovery from power failure .

The matte black finish is great because it doesn't show fingerprints at all. Having the two doors on top means everything you use daily is right at eye level, And i love the computer screen im thinking of what art slide show to put on it. And the two freezer drawers on the bottom make it super easy to organize frozen food without having to dig through a giant pile. It’s got a good amount of room, keeps everything perfectly cold, and just makes the whole kitchen look way upgraded.

Alexa and Smart Things capability is terrific. Very easy to set up via WiFi connection via Smart Things. Took just over 24 hours to initially get cool and freezer to freeze. I don't see a setting to set the volume of ice produced. I would like to see a little more ice produced.
