[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this fridge when we first bought our house but I settled for a more plain version. We saw it at the store again and I sold my fridge and to be honest, this one is smaller in size but has more room inside. I love the water features on the inside that keeps the outside looking clean. The ability to watch a cooking show in my kitchen, on the fridge, is amazing! We love having the ability to view so many apps in the area we spend most of our time. I cook everyday now! The middle drawer that can be fridge or freezer makes it more efficient to plan meals for the week. Also being able to view the meal planner on the fridge helps. And of course the best part is being at the grocery store and ordering if you have something and having the ability to see what’s inside. It also sees what you put in and what you take out. At first I thought it was a little creepy but now I don’t know how to live without it. There is so much more…

Meats its meats/cheese, vegs and layers and layers of food as it has several shelves. I don't know how I have lived without this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the capacity is less than my old refrigerator, I’m loving the fact that things don’t get lost in the back of the shelves. The adjustable shelf finally gives me a place for taller items. The Alexa connection lets me use it as a timer or to listen to my audiobooks while I cook. I haven’t used the Alexa feature for shopping yet but I can see doing that sometime in the future. I can leave notes for the family on the fridge without a mess of paper notes all over the fridge. I like the ability to keep tabs on what’s in the fridge so that I know what needs to be tossed or replaced. Bixby sometimes answers me when I’m talking to myself, but that’s just funny. I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the inside layout of this fridge. It’s extremely well designed. The water pitcher is such a useful feature. It would be a full 5 stars if the AI/screen worked a little better. Right now the UI is a bit clunky — but the great thing is this can be updated continuously. I’d buy this fridge again — and I talk about it more than I care to admit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is nice, it looks fancy. The AI that's used to track what's inside the fridge is gimmicky but I didn't have high expectation of it. The left door scrapes upon opening/closing against the closed right door. But overall, it's a good fridge that makes decent ice cubes and keeps food really cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke fridge is an excellent product. Its use of technology is innovative especially with its auto door opening sensors. Using camera to see what's inside allows for the door to be opened less. With the integrated network connectivity to the internet, it makes the appliance more usable in the kitchen. The roominess of the inside allows for a large amount of Items to be stored inside plus with the deli draw that gives additional storage.

Samsung products have become very low quality. I purchased this refrigerator and with less than 5 years of normal usage, the whole unit has stopped working. Once i called Samsung, they CAN send someone to take a look, but i will have to pay out of pocket for the quote, the labor and anything else not read on their fine print 5 years ago. Just stay away from all appliances from this brand

I also like the connectivity with my other Samsung devices. Writing notes on the fridge is nice too. Very good product. I love it!!
