[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer/dryer combo works great, even though it takes longer to do one load of clothes, I can put a load in and go do what ever else i need to, and when i get done the clothes are dry and ready to be put up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to replace 20+ year old washer and dryer which were also front loading. As I was used to the operation of the older units, these were pretty much the same with a few added features so it was intuitive and no learning curve. I may check out the special features at some point but right now all I needed was the basic washing and drying features. I am very pleased with the overall operation and they seemed to be much more sleek and efficient. There is a feature that connects it to my phone but do not see me trying to operate it remotely. Yes, I would highly recommend.

We had high hopes for this Washer/Dryer combo unit, but we are disappointed in its performance. The unit is installed on a pedestal. The level has been checked multiple times, and the Product Care Calibration ran. During the Wash cycle spin the unit will vibrate and dance. Sometimes so violently it will move a couple of inches. Called the support line and thought we had a handle on the problem. We decreased the load to a medium load thinking that was the fix. It was not. Looking into the door window during the spin shows the drum appears unbalanced. At a loss at this time. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer & Dryer Combo Review We really love our washer and dryer combo! It washes clothes super fast, and everything comes out smelling amazing. The washer also has a self-clean option, which takes about four hours, but it left the machine spotless. Overall, we’re very happy with this combo. With a family of five, we use it every day and it’s been keeping up with no problems at all. We’ve only had it for a little over a month, but so far, no issues!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product and fits exactly what I was in need of. Perfect for a small family or larger and space is certainly not an issue. Connection to smart things and being to very and control remotely is a nice addition as well.

WARNING. This product WILL NOT connect to the internet if your service provider uses Ipv6 or 5g (the current standard). After hours on the phone and video calls with samsung tech support they basically said "oh well, sorry about you luck". No solution, no resolution, I would have been content with not using the smart features and give me a small rebate. It will definitely effect my buying decisions knowing that samsung product is a gamble. Why would they design a device that isn't compatible with current internet protocol? Beats me, but I'm not only disappointed, I'm pretty amazed. Also they told me they don't have a customer service team, so there's that.

The first pair lasted 10+ years so when we went to purchase again we knew we wanted either same or similar. The set we just purchased is the updated version. It does have WiFi controls that are new and pretty neat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ran my first medium load of colors. Panel is great. Clean and easy to use. It was nice not having to transfer clothing. However, in this load was two towels. They were still damp after the normal setting cycle. Put it on timed dry dor 20 minutes. I decided to check on it after ten minutes and paused the machine. I waited, and waited and waited some more for the door to unlock just to check it. They were done. Stopped the timed dry. Overall, I am still excited about the machine, but I am definitely going to have to adjust the way I do laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the system works well. Would be five stars based on convenience, space saving and advanced features. However, some drying times have taken longer than usual and have had damp clothes after drying on more than one occasion. Clothes also seem to be more wrinkly than with previous system.

Lots of options to get clothes really clean. Great delicate cycles. AI features are beyond terrible. AI never knows the dryer setting. 2 or 3 month learning curve to figure out how to override AI settings by changing things on the app and pushing the display in the correct places and waiting for the delay for settings to change
