I love all of the easy to use features on this vacuum. The extra battery is so nice to have and the way the vacuum head pivots gets into more spaces than my previous vacuum. Its quiet and still picks everything up!

One of the standout features for me is the **2-battery system**. Having the extra battery is a game changer — when one battery runs out, I just swap it out for the other and keep going.

I am surprised by the performance of this vacuum. I am a died hard Dyson user, if I compared by price/performance, this is a more superior product. Highly recommended

Very disappointed in its "XL Cannister" which is anything but and the complete lack of suction unless you have it on turbo which depletes the battery so quick.

I was so excited to get my vacuum cleaner but after I charged it and used it, the battery lost it's charge and started going off. I had already charged the other battery pack so I put it on and the same thing happened. I need my money back.
