had to return right after i received it becuase the dust cup wouldnt stay latched. battery doesnt last more than 5 minutes. and the replacement is worse, the hose from the floor part to the stick is torn. if it wasn't too late, I'd send it back.

I really liked this vacuum and thought it did well on my hardwood floors and with pet hair but I've only had it just over a year and the tube cracked all the way around and now I can't use it.

This is one of the worst vacuums I've used. Suction is terrible, dies very fast. And it starts falling apart quickly. I'm super gentle and the wheels have broke on it after less than 3 months.

I absolutely love this vacuum! I have two dogs and vacuum every two days. This vacuum is excellent! My only concern is that I am having a difficult time finding the right size HEPA filter replacement. Please advise.

Super lightweight and compact, with extra tools for those hard to reach spots. This vacuum is versatile for both my hardwood flooring and carpet, and drapes. The suction was quite impressive as well. The ePro gets the job done.

Even though the dust bin has fallen off, while vacuuming, since I received it, I decided to keep for quick cleanups and just be careful. I’ve rarely used it but going in trash today. The bin refuses to stay on and I’m too aggravated to use it again. This is the Last time I try to safe money on a vacuum

very poor quality. as another review stated, it's like a toy vacuum. the only pros i have to mention are that its cordless and comes with the extra battery, which you will absolutely need. to pick anything up you need to use the turbo function which drains the battery incredibly fast. its hard to maneuver because the handle and battery are heavy but the actual part on the floor is very light so it has a mind of it's own. it doesn't pick up anything along baseboards or where two different flooring surfaces meet. maybe if this was a $50 vacuum I'd keep it but it's not. this was supposed to be a quick, convenient tool to use in between real vacuuming for my family but it honestly makes things a little harder than just grabbing my corded vacuum or a broom. be wary of the reviews provided by people who got the vacuum in exchange for an "honest" review.

The Turbo setting on this would be minimal to average and nowhere near Turbo. I have used other stick vacuums. They have a much better suction and roller. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. It definitely picks up some debris but I need a vacuum with more power.

I purchased this for kitchens and bathrooms. I have owned it for less than a year and it turns on and shuts off after about 5 seconds. I had a issue with the brush part holding into the notches to keep it turning very soon after purchasing. When it works, it did a good job. I can't even find anything for this product on the epro website.
