I really enjoy this vacuum. The portability and ease of use is awesome. I love that it comes with two batteries and a docking station. Could have a little bit better suction but for a cordless it does its job!

not worth it, I got it and barely use and stop working before 1 year, I asked Sam's service and they will give me a refund after 90 days, just wasted my money. Well was good to know that Sam's don't respond for any purchases in electronic after the 90 days. BAD PURCHASE, don't get this brand and waste your money

Great Product

This is one of the worst vacuums I’ve used. Suction is terrible, dies very fast. And it starts falling apart quickly. I’m super gentle and the wheels have broke on it after less than 3 months.

had to return right after i received it becuase the dust cup wouldnt stay latched. battery doesnt last more than 5 minutes. and the replacement is worse, the hose from the floor part to the stick is torn. if it wasn't too late, I'd send it back.

Very very poor suction.

Not very powerful. The “turbo” setting is like a normal vacuum suction, but drains the battery fast. Was going to keep it anyway until the plastic piece that holds the battery in place broke with normal use. Now the vacuum is useless because the battery falls out with any movement. Had to return.

This vacuum sucks in all the wrong ways. The battery drains ridiculously fast (there's a reason they give you two batteries. You will need them!) and it's really only decent on uncarpeted surfaces. It doesn't hold suction, gets clogged around the filter far too often, and smells hot when I run it. I'm worried it will catch on fire. If I had to do it over again, I'd opt for a Shark or something more reliable. Never again.

I absolutely love this product. It's so lightweight. It fits into all the spaces that I can't even in the bathroom like behind the toilet, I can get to, it's got so many different features, and it's got 3 setting, which is nice. You can kind of adjust it depending on the mess. All the attachments or more than you can even think of I love the fact that you can find Pull out the handlebasically and use that kind of like as a little dust, Buster. And it's got an easy way to empty and clean them. Filter, all that's so self-sufficient and easy to change and use. I also love how flexible it is. It does take a little getting used to to kind of maneuver around places. But once you get the hang of it, it's amazing. The chargers having 2 batteries is perfect. I have a 1000 square foot house and I can clean with one battery and it just makes cleaning a breeze.

At first, it seems pretty good for the price. BUT YOU CAN'T BUY REPLACEMENT FILTERS! Epro Select will send you ONE. Samsclub has none. They say working on setting up something. The vacuum seems weak and the batteries only last about half the time stated. I regret buying it.
