When I'm reading in bed or sitting back watching a show. This is the pillow I reach for. If you like squishy, since your whole head in pillows, this is not for you. This would not be good if you have cervical neck issues. It’s medium firmness and does not go flat. My son liked the pillow but I did not.

They came vacuumed sealed but quickly reshaped as soon as they were removed from the package. I love the firmness and how they support my back. They seem like they will last a very long time!

I struggle with GERD especially at night and have been looking for a pillow that will keep my head propped up. This one is great at keeping my head up. It is pretty stiff so I use it behind a softer one and it creates a great base. Recommend if you’re looking for a very supportive pillow!
