Battery started to crap out after 5 months in, used about 2 times a week. Both sets would charge unusually fast now from 0 to full in a 2-3 hours (back when I got them it was 6-7 hours to about 80% before end of the day). Same locations, one would charge 1 hour faster than the other, swapped the panels around and was consistent with the one battery.. Tried contacting support multiple times with different emails, weeks apart. Its been months and no response from support.

What a great product! This small but powerful power station works great. It's super easy to use and comes with all cords and adapters you'll need. It came partially charged (55%) and we charged it fully before using it. The bundle with the solar panel charging kit is a great value. It's a great complimentary backup power supply to our larger Wattbricks Power Station. Bonus...this small one is airline approved!

Nice battery pack, but instructions do not mention anything about requiring the use of "trigger cables" or "power delivery cables" to get voltages other than 5 volts from the USB ports. Once you have one of these cables, the adjustable voltage type, then the voltages listed will work.

Great product, bought this for my father's birthday, and he loved it. How the machine shows how much energy it's taking from the solar panel is really advanced and it's a great product for what my father will use it for. He loves to go camping so I'm sure this will be perfect in charging his batteries, lamps, and all those sorts of equipment

It was worth the novelty to buy this on sale. For some reason everything mine does is in 17 watts. No matter what charger I plug in it charges at 17 watts. It discharges at 17 watts and even the solar panel, in direct sunlight outputs 17 watts. I even plugged the panel into a different battery pack and it showed 17 watts.

I just purchased it from my club, right out of the box it showed 54% charge then I plugged the solar panel pointing to direct sunlight and it says 40 hours until fully charged! From 54% to 100% takes 40 hours! I'll return this the very next time I go to the store.

not know the type of usb it has

Small and Compact Power Battery Storage

Great for charging phones during power outage or hurricane

The solar aspect is really cool. It works Great! I was honestly surprised at how well the solar panels worked. I was charging the unit with the solar panels while the unit was charging my phone. I highly recommend this unit.
