Lovely Cashews

Only 50 mg of sodium and taste very good. Other brands of cashews are either unsalted or salted with high sodium. Great for those watching their salt content

We used to love cashews, until recently a YouTube Dr we followed (Dr Berg) said to "stay away" from cashews.  Especially for those who are over 60 years old. Since it can lead to severe heart issues.  Instead, he highly recommended eating pecans, walnuts, pistachios and/or almonds instead.

Love that these are lightly salted but not fully salted; I especially like that if I really look closely at the containers, I can pick one that has a lot of "well done" cashews, which I prefer.  These cashews are great!!
