[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our swingset this past summer and it has been great! In the past we have gone with a small and cheaper one but that didn’t end up lasting. We can already tell how durable this one is. So many things to do for our kids with this swingset. They are enjoying themselves!

Purchased and assembled the Backyard Discovery Oceanview Swingset. Overall Rating: 4 our of 5 stars Total Assembly time: 16-18 hours/one person A great mid-sized playset. Instructions were easy and straightforward, having the BILT app helped greatly with part identification during construction. **IMPORTANT: Take the time to lay out and organize all of the boards and hardware BEFORE you begin. All of the wood comes stamped with ID numbers, and all of the hardware comes in labelled bags. THIS WILL SAVE YOU AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF TIME AND FRUSTRATION! ** Wood quality: B+/A- Cedar lumber is lightweight and dry. Very very few warped/damaged boards. Boards may split if overtightened. I used and impact driver for the majority of the installation. Build Quality: B+ Felt somewhat weak during the initial steps, however as the build came together the entire assembly strengthened to satisfaction. Some areas (the roof, underfloor) should be reinforced/strengthened. Assembly was not difficult at all. If you have any kind of mechanical aptitude at all, this should be a piece of cake. 99% of the swingset was assembled with an impact driver and 3 bits. The kit comes with the bits as well. As I mentioned before, the most important thing was laying out everything first. Sealed it with clear Thompson's Water Seal afterwards. My kid loves it!

It took 2 days and 3 men to set up, but worth it! There’s something for all ages to enjoy. The stairs make it super easy for little ones to go up and down, while still having bars to climb up for the older ones in the back. Great quality and we receive many compliments on it !

It was Christmas gift for my boys. It was on sale so I feel the price was reasonable at the time of purchase. The boys and their friends love to play on it. I weigh 190 and it supported my weight with no issues. It does have some thin wood in certain parts like the roof part and side frames. Though the metal is durable and so are the swings. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. GoConfigure company did the assembly which was a big help they did well.

I bought this back in November and finally got a chance to put it up after the snow melted. Our toddler patiently waited as the boxes and slide sat in the garage for months. The instructions were very thorough and easy to follow. It does take some time to assemble but definitely worth it. The one change I would make is I wish the instruction steps would reference a hardware number and not the dimensions. We bought a baby swing that hooked perfectly into the swing hooks. Overall a great product and plenty of joy from our house and surrounding neighbors. Thanks!

We got this in May of 2020. My husband and son (12 yrs) put it together over a couple of days. We have 4 kids and they love how much there is to do and that the more enclosed top feels like a clubhouse. There were a few cracked boards, but nothing so bad that we needed to get replacements. It’s very sturdy and we love the stairs. It makes it easier for the younger kids to get up.

We absolutely love this swing set. The instructions were easy to understand. The parts were labeled well. And the swing set went up very fast and easy! My kids love everything about it, and I have to make them come inside. This will be a favorite for many many years

This was a Christmas for my kids and they absolutely love it. It took my husband several hours to put together over a couple days, but that was expected it is a large playset. The instructions are easy to follow and everything fit together well. It is very sturdy and my kids love it!

I purchased this particular play set because I wanted stairs for my 3 year old. I’m happy I did because my daughter absolutely loves it. After day one she actually went up the ladder by herself. Very sturdy set. It took 3 inexperienced adults approximately 12 hours over the course of two days. I highly recommend using the app BILT is has step by step video directions which helped tremendously. Overall 5 stars.

We’ve had this swingset for about 9 months. It held up great over the winter months. It took my husband abt 3 days to build alone and he’s a handy guy. It wasn’t difficult, but if you like to spend your free time doing fun stuff, spend the extra for someone else to come build it. The stairs are a decent width and the ceiling in the fort is pretty high so you can stand in it. Overall we love it and are very happy with this purchase.
