We have 7 children, who inevitably will want to all be playing on the swing set at the same time, so it was important to us for our swing set to have a variety of fun features and be one that the kids could still play on as they grew. Just looking at the Oceanview Wooden Swing Set, I feel like all of my dreams have been answered. For me, the wooden swing set was much classier and better looking. And while each of my children have a favorite part of the swing set, mine would have to be the clubhouse on top. Actually I may have told my children a time or two that the clubhouse is mommy’s, ha! We purchased our Oceanview backyard set about 3 weeks ago and built it on Friday and Sat. I took about 18 hours between two men building with little to no problems. We did have a few pieces of wood split while building but it was due to the person operating the drill not because of faulty parts or wood. We did by a gallon of stain to give it an extra coat of protection and I’m glad we did since it snowed recently. Manufacturers recommend yearly application to maintain. We love it, the kids love it even more! Very happy with our purchase!

We absolutely love this swing set. The instructions were easy to understand. The parts were labeled well. And the swing set went up very fast and easy! My kids love everything about it, and I have to make them come inside. This will be a favorite for many many years

Purchased and assembled the Backyard Discovery Oceanview Swingset. Overall Rating: 4 our of 5 stars Total Assembly time: 16-18 hours/one person A great mid-sized playset. Instructions were easy and straightforward, having the BILT app helped greatly with part identification during construction. **IMPORTANT: Take the time to lay out and organize all of the boards and hardware BEFORE you begin. All of the wood comes stamped with ID numbers, and all of the hardware comes in labelled bags. THIS WILL SAVE YOU AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF TIME AND FRUSTRATION! ** Wood quality: B+/A- Cedar lumber is lightweight and dry. Very very few warped/damaged boards. Boards may split if overtightened. I used and impact driver for the majority of the installation. Build Quality: B+ Felt somewhat weak during the initial steps, however as the build came together the entire assembly strengthened to satisfaction. Some areas (the roof, underfloor) should be reinforced/strengthened. Assembly was not difficult at all. If you have any kind of mechanical aptitude at all, this should be a piece of cake. 99% of the swingset was assembled with an impact driver and 3 bits. The kit comes with the bits as well. As I mentioned before, the most important thing was laying out everything first. Sealed it with clear Thompson's Water Seal afterwards. My kid loves it!

We bought this as a moving/birthday present for our 7 year old. After the snow melted and the ground as less muddy, we assembled our Oceanview set and it has provided hours of fun ever since. We are looking forward to having this set around for years to come!

We bought this as an upgrade and replacement for what was destroyed in a hurricane. This was a great choice. My 3 year old and 7 year old love the stairs as an option to the ladder. They have had friends over and there is plenty of room for multiple children. Great Swingset. The fort area is very sturdy as well. My husband and I(200+lbs) have been in it many times and were in it at the same time for a lot of the assembly. Also, our boxes came missing one whole set of wood pieces and I was able to get a set sent out free of charge after chatting with customer service. They were very helpful!

The stairs are absolutely perfect for a young child, she climbed the before she started walking. And we love the swing - both me and baby love that swing (I swing on it too). The construction is very solid and feels safe. We also got a lot of compliments on it from neighborhood kids.

We bought this back in the fall and it’s been a great added feature to our daughters play area! She loves it!! Set up was easy as long as you organize all your parts first. It took 2 of us to put together over a 3 day weekend. It was a good purchase!

This was a Christmas for my kids and they absolutely love it. It took my husband several hours to put together over a couple days, but that was expected it is a large playset. The instructions are easy to follow and everything fit together well. It is very sturdy and my kids love it!
