Really like the steps because my 18 month old can safely climb the stairs to the tree house and swing. Fairly easy to put together with just my husband and Dad. The trick is to separate the pieces. It took them 2 days a couple hours each day

We are so happy that we bought this. My 8 year old has been playing on it since it was put up and she loves it. Everything works correctly and looks really good in our backyard. We also bought a baby swing for our 1 year old and he also loves it. I can't wait for him to grow into it. We are very happy with the swing set.

We have had this playset for a few months and it gets played with everyday. My 2.5 year old loves the hammock, swings, and the fort at the top. She is still too small for the monkey bars but it gives her room to grow with it throughout her childhood. Great construction, great features!

I purchased the swing set a couple of months ago. My 2 1/2 year old grandson loves it. We did add a netting around the two openings at the top because he is a little small for the play set and we didn’t want him falling off. Only recommendation for any new owners, go through the instructions and mark the part number associated with each piece of hardware and sort before trying to assemble. I thought we were prepared and had all hardware sorted with each number having it’s own paper bowl. Unfortunately, the instruction manual lists the part description and the individual bags lists the part number so I was having to go back and forth to match the hardware needs for each step. The process took 2 me and my husband 1 week, working a couple of hours each day on the project.

We are happy with this swing set, I love the features of the stairs for the kids to walk up. The reason I gave this 3 stars is because the wood is very unsturdy. When my 8 year old nephew comes to play on it creeks and cracks when he swings on it and when walking in the tree house sometimes I am nervous the kids are going to fall threw as the wood makes weird sounds and almost bends. I think it is good for kids at a young age. I bought it for my 2 year old and she loves it but when more kids come to play on it, it seems dangerous sometimes and make me nervous it is going to break. Next time I will look for a higher quality wood or vinyl for a swing set.

She picked it out herself from the website and the main selling feature was the hammock and the monkey bars. LOTS of parts and pieces but the app/videos really helped in getting it put together.

We decided to purchase after Hurricane Zeta destroyed their previous smaller set. This was part of their Christmas this past year. I ended up constructing it completely by myself over the course of a few days. Our kids love it and play on it most everyday.

We decided on this particular one because we loved the staircase option and it honestly is beautiful in our yard. The house on the top is so tall that as parents we can even stand upright in it! All of the neighborhood kids say that our playset is the best. The only concern is that for a couple of pieces, the instructions didn't match up and were put on the wrong side but after we figured it out, it wasn't bad. And we have had it up for about a month or so, and there are a couple spots where the wood is peeling up but it doesn't effect the set at all.

We purchased Backyard Discovery Oceanview through Sams Club. This shipping was on the slower side, but to be expected as we live in a remote area and it’s hard to coordinate freight shipments. It arrived in 3 large boxes on a pallet and the slide wrapped in plastic wrap. All items intact without a scratch. For an honest review, be prepared to take a dedicated weekend putting it together. My husband sorted all the pieces on a Thursday evening, put together the monkey bars and swings on Friday evening, then the center portion (stairs, house, slide, etc.) on Saturday and finishing touches on Sunday. Recommend calling in reinforcement because you’ll need help holding and mounting the sections together. If I’m being honest, it may have taken a little longer than average thank to our Goldendoodle running off with a piece or two throughout the process. Aside from time, it was well labeled and fairly simple to put together. We purchased the Oceanview because it has actual steps. It is great size for a toddler, yet large enough to keep for years to grow into as well. This product is well made and very sturdy. Worth every penny in my opinion. My 2 year old agrees! He has played on it everyday since putting it together.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our two girls (ages 3 and 7). We just put it up last weekend and are very happy with our purchase. It is very good quality with easy to follow directions, especially with the BILT app. It did take us (2 adults) 24 hours to complete. We do recommend laying out all pieces (wood and hardware) in order to make each step easier. We are going to seal coat all wood areas this weekend and then fill in around the bottom with rubber mulch. Our 3 year old loves the wooden steps, playhouse area and slide and our 7 year old loves the monkey bars and reading on the hammock. Only problem we ran into with the whole thing was a manufacturer defect in 1 nut barrel that was not threaded properly but after contacting customer service, the part was sent immediately. We would highly recommend this sturdy, quality playset to others.
