This is my favorite, go-to quick meal. I sometimes add shrimp or chicken but it's good without the extras too.

My family loves the taste of Chow Mein. You don't need to add any soy sauce because it's already in the mix.

For a quick meal and getting in some vegetables, this was good. Dries out when heating in the microwave though.

I've never tried it because I'm on a Keto diet. However, my wife swears by it and ensures that our freezer has an ample supply of it. She loves it.
