I love the fresh veggies in this yummy microwaveable treat. I like to add some teriyaki sauce and agave to give it some additional sweetness. And sometimes we add 'impossible meat' and it is SO good. We aren't even vegetarians but we do try to limit our meat intake.

By adding protein (egg or leftover chicken/shrimp) this is a good starter for a full noodle meal. The flavoring is sufficiently neutral that other vegetables and Asian sauces can be added. The instructions for cooking include microwave and pan heating, so preparation is easy.

Purchased this because I work late and need something quick. Noodles are chewy - like rubber. No sauce. Tried cooking it a little longer but that didn't help. Finally cooked it, then added some teriyaki sauce and that helped. Noodles were still terrible. I just threw out the last 3 packages.

I first slightly stir-fried a bunch of veggies I already had in the fridge and needed to use up. This easily amounted to more veggies than what comes in the product package. I love stir-fry veggies. I then added the package of product to the slightly stir-fried veggies (with the burner still on med-high) in a very large skillet and gradually worked it all in together and heating it well all the way through. I did add some additional Japanese seasoning, but NO salt (already very salty from pkg). Also before dishing it up, I topped it off with Sriracha sauce.
