Decent taste, but overall high soul content

These are easy to cook for a quick dinner by themselves or you can cook some meat ahead of time and make these as you want to add to it.

I love this chow mein. I saute shrimps in garlic and a small amount of olive oil and put them on top. An easy but delicious meal.

This is NOT chow mein. It is ramen noodles with some veggies added. I would not recommend this item.

This is good. I have purchased it several times. It is convenient as you open package and microwave it for 3 minutes and it is ready to eat.

Tastes really good. We use Members Mark frozen Mesquite chicken breast chopped up and mixed in with this and it's a full Chinese dish .
