In November '22, I ordered 4ea packages (on sale). Dog wouldn't touch them, so I soon took them into SC for a refund. SC Customer Service rep said the system was indicating that they'd already been returned. What!? How?
I was standing there in possession of the product. SC CS said they'd have to call Synchrony Bank. SB "Customer Service" actually hung up on the Sam's Club rep. Wow! SC called SB again; explained what had happened to her and that I was still standing there with the (thus-far) unreturned product. So how could they have been previously returned? Don't know. No indication who incorrectly claimed that. Vendor? Anyway, SC CS accepted the return and said I should wait/monitor my CC statements for at least several months...Nothing. I went back to SC and spoke to the same CS person. Another call was made to SB CS. Another 45 minutes transpired...I was then asked to wait another few months to see if any credit would ever be refunded. Nope! Nothing! Nice huh?
