My smart pad was already outdated so I decided to buy a Apple, as they have a outstanding reputation for software support. They have a new customer because no more headaches.

This new ipad is a replacement for my daughter's 9th generation ipad from 2 years ago. It's working pretty well so far. Hopefully, it can last a little bit longer.

This iPad is amazing I was kinda worried because of the reviews but it came brand new pls don't go off the reviews they be lying. I highly recommend this iPad

So far I love it but it's fairly new so we'll see how well it continues as time goes. The charging port on my last ipad stopped charging so hopefully this new gen will do better

This iPad was to replace my old iPad, I found it hard to use at first but kept trying till I got used to it and I love it now, Easy to use and colors are vibrant

wanted the upgrade i am pleased with it but i don't see a lot of difference in the newer version i am very happy with it but if i knew it was this close to the previous version i would have waited , but once again i am happy with it

The iPad works really well! Smooth, fast, responsive interface. Sadly won't get a lot of the best AI features, but besides that it works really well! Good for kids and for schools.

you sold me a used ipad. this was suppose to be brand new but it had old pics on it and when i went to activate it i had to call apple cause the tablet said max amounts of new apple ids had been made on this ipad

It won't blow you away but it is a lot better than Ipad 9 never had a Ipad 10. I gave it a 4 star just because I read the difference between the newer models and what the Ipad 11 is missing but for the price I paid a very good deal.

I have been an Apple user and fan for many years and have had good experiences with there products. my previous IPad was no longer doing updates and i had it for abut 10 years. so i decided to upgrade and hopefully this one lasts just as long
