i pad, apple, replaced old generation apple i pad, starting to act up %26 not charging all time

I got this iPad for my daughter for her birthday. She loves it and definitely puts it to work.

Nothing like an Apple product! If you have one, you k ow hoe to use all!

It does not work with the Apple pencil. That was a bummer
