The inside material of the bottom of the backpack flaked off, and became a mess. The top handle has come unstitched, and is practically useless. It is beautiful, but poor in quality.

Bought for a 3rd grader and by the 2nd week of school it's falling apart. It's a little small. A zipper broke, the top handle is ripping, and the inside material is peeling.

The look and size are fine for a kindergarten child. The inside of the backpack started falling apart after 2 weeks, the zipper on the lunchbox has started to break, the overall quality is very poor.

This product could be better but the quality of the materials used is too soft it won't last too long. You will need to buy another one in the middle of the school year.

I would not recommend this bookbag. My Granddaughter is in second grade and it didn't last a month. It is shredding at the top. The lunchbox is in great condition.

Within a couple weeks it starts falling apart. The inside starts peeling off, straps start coming apart and you end up having to buy another backpack anyway. I will not be purchasing again or recommending.

I bought the gamer style 2019 when my oldest started school at 3 for EI , he'll be 6 oct. Bag is great and actually he's still using it. This is his 3rd year using it. Last year lunchbox got lost but still was great shape. Now end of 2019 for 2020 I bought a 2nd one bc my youngest started school that Feb ,well that one, grey blue dinosaur it torn outside the zipper and some pockets tore . The stitching is awful, not reinforced and weak threading the first month of school is was falling apart. He still using it too bc I was waiting for those to go sale this year to just replace it hoping they made them better. Last year they were just worth the $12 I paid but they were up to $15 when no sale which was higher but ok deal since it's a set. I won't pay 15 let alone 20$ for these, nope no way. This year I was at sam's and debated trying another to replace the dino one. It felt cheap and cost 19$ I bought first one 10$ on sale and second 12$ I'm actually reconsidering my membership bc this is with many products. Don't feel I'm saving with plus anymore. Can't earn rewards online and 90% of my Sam's purchases were and are online, closest store over a hour drive. It paid for itself. Like the 10 cent gas discount threw Walmart+ pays for membership. which actually I am now saving more doing most of my shopping threw them and amazon. I'm reluctant only bc there are things that are Sam's only that aren't at Walmart and members mark stuff ,instant savings, the little left still worth it for non business owners smallish families. I'm having a hard time accepting this inflation 😅things are double or more then they were a year or so ago. Maybe after the adjustment period and prices stop rising everyone will have a better idea of what a deal is and I'll renew my membership or knows a good buy bc with everything still going up you don't know if this week's insane prices will be more insane next week. Do you wait for the sales now or buy full price 🤷🏼‍♀️bc next months savings it costs more then now when not on sale , feels like this every month. Went from rating to ranting😅 I'm sorry. 🎒 Bottom line if they make them with quality like the first I bought then yes they would be worth $20 today but not a deal. Making them now they fall apart and are cheaper made , cost more so no deal. As long as I'm a member I'll still check them. I'll get again if they get a decent sale price now. But if that falls apart to then I'll move on. Rolling the dice.

Both side pockets ripped on first use. It does have enough pockets, but it's very cheaply made.
