Huge rip after 2 months of use. The one I bought for my other daughter was used for 3 years and never had a problem. Quality has deteriorated dramatically.

I bought the dino backpack for my grandson in kindergarten. The inside is ripped & falling apart. I'm very disappointed, the design is cute but the backpack itself is junk.

I bought these backpacks for both of my elementary kids. They started falling apart in the first month. The lining is peeling off and the top handle is about to pull off.

Inside lining is peeling out after weeks of use. Child is in kindergarten and not carrying heavy things or being rough with it. Do not waste your money.

I bought two for my daughters and they were very happy with it. They like the color of it which is very pretty but the problem after two months of use it's ripped apart from the top close to the zipper and it's cannot be used anymore.

I bought the backup for my 4-year-old for the new school year. It has not been two months yet, and the zipper of the bigger pocket came apart from the rest of the backpack. I am very disappointed. I thought I had a good deal!

Horrible quality. Fell apart just a few weeks into use. Zipper came off and fabric started to separate. So disappointed! Been buying Members Mark backpacks for years.

My son is in kindergarten and used it a week and the bottom has a hole and the lunchbox zipper fell off. And the smell is AWFUL such a bad chemical smell I cannot get out.

Bought this for my grandson who is in kindergarden. Inside lining peeling and he is not even carrying heavy things. The only heavy thing is his lunch bag. Love the look but I would not purchase this again.

So far, one week into school, the backpack is ok. However after day 1 the lunch box already had a hole where his water bottle top was. Lunch box is tiny too. I like the little reflective material area, but I don't expect it will be used at night.
