The backpack has started ripping near the zipper. My granddaughter has only used it 2 weeks and she was disappointed when she found the hole today. She only uses the bag for a folder and her lunch.

Loved last years version and it lasted all year. This one ripped on the first week of school. My daughter was so sad and had to walk around getting made fun of for her ripped backpack. Now my sons is ripping and he literally Only carry's a binder and change of clothes. So disappointed in the quality this year

My son was super excited about back to school with his new back pack. Unfortunately, I picked it up with his school supplies and the top ripped open before school even started. We were on backpack #2 by the end of August. It was not overstuffed by any means.

This backpack seemed cute and I liked all the pockets, but it's already junk after 2 months. My preschooler doesn't even carry anything heavy in it and it sits in a cubby all day. The interior lining is peeling all over and there's little crumbly pieces everywhere. Don't waste your money. It's a shame these are all going to be in a landfill soon.

Do not recommend this backpack. Bought 3 different bags for 10, 6 and 4 year old. All 3 bags have torn in various locations. Straps have torn away from bag, seams have come apart, material torn away from zippers. No way I will buy backpacks from Sam's Club again. Extreme poor quality product.

We bought 2 of the kids bookbags since we have been impressed by the quality of the members mark items since joining Sams. After just over a month of school with a Kindergarten and 2nd grader, the bags are falling apart. These have been by far the worst purchases we have made. The kids don't even have heavy books or the bags may have lasted a week. Don't waste your money like we did.

Our 7yr old is rough on things and this back has held up with her dragging it, throwing it and dropping it! I read other reviews and was a little uncertain of buying but saw it in the store and saw it was well made and bought two, one in butterfly and one in daisy and our daughter loves them! We've had no problems and all the compartments are great and the hooks on the zippers are great for sanitizer and little toys she wants to put on there and the lunch box is great and the little net is great for a cold pack to keep things chill and the extra pockets for water bottles are Great!! I will probably pick up another for next year!!

So cute! Lots of pockets and my daughter loves it but we had to buy a second one because the first one fell apart at the seams and the lining was coming out. The second one did the same! She's in kindergarten and was not carrying anything heavy or putting stress on the seams, it's just cheaply made.

This backpack didn't even last two months. The bottom has worn out, the lining has ripped, and the handle is detaching. This is from regular use. My child is not rough with the backpack. The savings is not worth it when you have to buy a new one every 2 months.

I bought the butterfly and the Camo book bags for my 2 children. And neither of them made it past week 3 of school. They began coming apart at the zipper. These book bags are not very well made. The lunchboxes that were included Are not very good either. The zippers continuously becomes stuck when you try to unzip them. I finally just threw them in the trash and bought my kids Bentgo Brand and have had 0 issues!
