After getting past the confusing directions about the remote control, the unit has delivered excellent picture and sound quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this specifically to play video games on, the ROKU capability was just a bonus. Nice little tv. The color and picture quality are great. I was afraid it might be flimsy/light and easy to topple over (a serious concern with cats) but it has a nice weight, balanced to the bottom so I don’t have to worry about tipping. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

This Vizio “Smart” tv worked great for about 14 months after which it was no longer able to connect to my home internet. Numerous calls to Vizio gave me lots of ideas to try including a total factory reset. I have tried all those things several times. The local cable stations work just fine. Vizio tried to tell me I didn’t have an internet connection ( as I was chatting with them over the internet on my computer in same room as TV!). Obviously the defect is in the Vizio Smart part. I bought an Amazon fire stick and now I can easily steam what I want. My suggestion-forget the so called “ smart” TV and just go with the firestick!

A day after we plugged it in everything was red around the edges and there were red spots in the picture. I was going to take it back the next morning. Before I unplugged it I turned it on and it was back to normal. No problems since then. Not sure what happened!

Overall it's a great TV but it does seem to have a delay when accessing the 'smart' menus and it took forever for it to update which it needed to do right out of the box, making me wonder how long these sit in storage after manufacturing. The remote doesn't seem to work very well from more than a few feet away, and I honestly was not impressed with the legs (that goes for every new TV I've seen, I think they skimp on the legs to save a buck) but I mounted it on a wall in my RV so that wasn't an issue. The picture is stunning and the sound quality is more than I expected and is in fact better than some much more expensive sets. This brand used to be a joke years ago, but they have evolved into a serious contender in the market and sell a top-quality product for a much lower than expected pricepoint. I would definitely recommend this TV for yourself or a great gift, and the size and cost make it the perfect TV for an office or your camper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv has had intermittent connection issues, freezes up, and regularly disconnects from the internet. It has also had a few issues with being on and unable to power it off with the remote or button on the tv. To turn it off you have to actually unplug it. I’ve updated it and reset it but the problems persist. This is the most frustrating and glitchy television I’ve ever owned.
