For those of us that are not technically inclined, I for one don't like to change to the newest products because the idea of trying to set it up is a nightmare. This television came in, I looked at it for awhile, then called around to see if I could get someone to set it up. Of course no one was available. I took a deep breath, turned it on, followed the instructions, and it was up and running in no time. This is absolutely amazing. After sitting there in shock for awhile, I started going through the different things available. Everything came up and worked easily and fast. The picture is very crisp and clear. Going from one site to another is easy and goes very quickly. I have to say, I called a lot of my friends, who are the same as I am with technology and told them about this television. I think there will be a run on them at our local store. This is a great television and they seemed to have realized a lot of people need this type of product. I say thank you, you made my day. I very highly recommend this product.

Ever sense the software has upgraded my mothers Bedroom Visio tv has had problems. Such as. Home Screen won’t load. Tv won’t shut off. Volume control just stops working. Gets stuck on Home Screen and won’t communicate with the remote. The tv is less than 6months old and now it’s just plane tv smart cast sucks.

This tv would not let me connect via indoor antenna to get local channels. I called support and talked to a rep who was hard to understand. Finally, she told me there was a “bug “ in the tv that would take up to 2 weeks to fix. I returned the tv for a different brand. I’ve owned other Visios over the years with good success.

Terrible TV. it keeps messing up and I have to keep rebooting it. And one of the updates made it look like there's waves at the bottom of the screen. whenever I used chrome cast and I went to use my Xbox and my switch I would only get sound but no picture. And google assistant. kept telling me my tv is not connected to the tv. 0 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this VIZIO Smart TV for my wife to replace an older monitor that she wasn't too happy about. She loved the smaller size that fits nicely on her sewing desk, but she also loves the apps to her favorite programs.

I decided on this TV because of the reviews others had written and I am really glad I did! The personalized set-up is great and I'm using the Watch Free + feature a lot more than I thought I would. The picture is so clear and defined that it is almost like 3D on a lot of things I watch. I would highly recommend this product.

I am very pleased with the versatility, size and quality. My only wish is to be able to use this for Zoom along with headphones (hint, hint).
