Poor auto setup

I followed instructions but the auto setup never finished. Now, I have to use the tv remote and the cable box remote.

Great picture, volume not so good

The quality of the picture is great, the volume need improvement, good apps but unfortunately it doesn't have ESPN and you can't download it.
