Can't get through a single show

This tv freezes up during every single show. I must reboot the tv during the show to get it to unfreeze.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds, go ahead and plug the power back in and power it on.
