Screen freezes

After plugging it in it will freeze on a screen after some time but the volume still plays to the channel I'm watching

I had a problem with the first one but Vizio sent me a new one .They went beyond and help to fix the problem. Thank you so much.

Great features

Love the smart TV and all the viewing options. So happy to be able to get rid of my Spectrum TV services and this TV has allowed me to do that.

Awesome size for a child's room
