Both my Vizio TV's stopped working on the same day. Had to reset both to factory settings before they started working again. I will never buy another Vizio product.

I love the vizio brand but this is now my second TV that has an issue with stopping and loading within a movie or episode, even with the TV right by my wifi. But still not to bad of a TV otherwise.

Bought this TV for our bedroom to replace an old, non-smart TV. Setup was a breeze and I like the remote. Picture quality is great and i also like that I can use my phone as a remote.

I didn't like this TV for the reason that it's a smart TV and I like just a normal TV without all that junk on it. I use a Roku player. and I'm happy with that. but I'm not getting my refund. the woman took my TV, but I'm not getting a refund for it
