I have had nothing but trouble since I purchased this TV. I constantly have to reboot the TV because it freezes and screen goes black. Worst purchase of a TV in my 40 years.

Smart cast hasn’t worked for a week. I called and talk to your technician they can’t fix it. Error 2601 one. So disappointed. Y’all sent me this TV less than six months ago.
