TV set stopped working after 4 months. Vizio's customer service is absolute torture--in hindsight would much rather have just tossed TV into the waste bin as opposed to having jumped thru the umpteen hoops necessary to get a replacement.

What I disliked about it I forgot my Router password and I could not even set my T.V. Antenna and there is no Manuel inside you have to be connected to the Internet to read it you have to be connected to the Internet for everything

Both my Vizio TV's stopped working on the same day. Had to reset both to factory settings before they started working again. I will never buy another Vizio product.

Even after we had bought our Vizio (we actually own 3,) I still did a search for the best smart/flat screen Tv's, and Vizio was not highly rated. I'm confused as to why? We also own a Sony Bravia XLR, and we prefer Vizio on top any day.
