I am very unhappy with this product. Every time I turn it on, it wants me to set it up again. I am ready to return the product because it’s not worth going thru the headache. I have other smart TVs and never had this issue.

It’s a TV. You turn it on, it shows moving pictures. If I turned it on and it didn’t show moving pictures, I’d give it one star; but since it functions as designed, I gave it five.

I purchased this about 2 years ago and all of a sudden you update my TV like it was brand new. I have had a few flaws since you did that! I do like the TV. Just don’t understand.
